Let’s continue with growing shall we!

One of my favorite & easiest food crop to grow, plant & eat is GARLIC!! Once you buy “Seed Garlic” (Which is the bigger and nicer bulbs) you’ll be able to save the garlic from your own crop and continue to replant EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR! Isn’t that amazing? One small investment, a small patch of dirt and voila you’ve got not only delicious garlic but it’s medicinal to. Think Fire Cider people! Which you can learn about by either Joining my community or checking out “Learning Herbs to Build Your Immunity”. And if your thinking “Laura, I can just buy that pretty cheap & easy at the store”. I would reply “Well why not plant for yourself see that you can grow something plus then save that $ and use it towards something else. PLUS garlic is healthy and can really spruce up lots of dishes, I add it to almost everything and I’m not sorry for it!”

Check out my Step by Step guide on Planting- Harvesting- Drying Garlic HERE You’ll be glad you did!

PS note that it will say “in a northern climate” however the guide will work in most places

We grow 100’s of pounds of potatoes each year. This is another crop where you purchase good seed potatoes, save your own small ones and plant the next year. So one small investment and you’ll be eatin’ fries all year long!!

You can mash ’em, fry ’em, smash ’em and most important eat ’em up!!

Check out my Step by Step guide on Planting – Harvesting – Saving Potatoes HERE because yep you guessed it You’ll be glad you did!

PS note that it will say “in a northern climate” however the guide will work in most places

If your interested in exactly knowing how to save your potatoes for the next year you could check out my “Seed Saving” course HERE or Join the Community to learn that plus SO MUCH MORE!

Ok one last crop to talk about about- TOMATOES! Salsa – BLT’s – Spaghetti SaucePizza sauce all the good stuff my friends.  They are my favorite thing to grow with a love/ hate relationship. They can be a bit tricky and finicky BUT in general they work out really really good. My favorite types are Tappys Heritage, Roma and Bonny.

Check out HOW to grow tomatoes – which by the way can be grown in large pots and boxes. Another bonus with tomato’s is learning the Seed Saving method for them and continue to save $$ money.  Plus the seeds become smarter to YOUR environment which means they grow better. Pretty cool huh?

If you are still reading kudos to you!! As you can see there’s A LOT to learn about Gardening and Growing Your Own Food but you can do it, seriously just try and see what you can do. You’ll be super proud of yourself!!

Don’t forget if you’d like to really take it up a notch then you can join my Online Community Membership Program where I”ll be showing you EXACTLY how I grow it ALL. Hope to see you there!

  • Your garden is planted… now what?

  • Sometimes things be ugly

Laura Lawrence Hi Reader Look not all gardening is pretty and front news worthy. I like to teach both sides of the coin, there’s the good, the bad and the ugly. Today is some ugly, because gardening is not perfection. It’s learning to see the ugly, perhaps try to help it. Some you win, and…
