The Best No-Cook Pizza Sauce (Famous & Super Easy!)

Looking for a quick, flavorful pizza sauce with no cooking required? This famous no-cook pizza sauce is a fan favorite for a reason! It’s bold, delicious, and ready in minutes*—just mix and spread. Perfect for homemade pizzas, flatbreads, or dipping, it stores beautifully in the fridge and can easily be halved for smaller batches. Simple ingredients, big flavor—your new go-to pizza sauce starts here.

*the longer you let the flavors hang out together the better, so best made the morning of or the night before and store in the fridge.

Make sure to use this on my sourdough pizza recipe!

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a container that has a lid. Use a whisk or large fork to blend together the sauce + spices.
  2. Place in the fridge for a few hours to let the flavors come together to create magic!

 

Laura’s Tips: This keeps well in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. You can also freeze this as well.
