Let’s Get Ready for a Revival

Day #20

Pasta All Day – Every Day

I don’t know about you but pasta, noodles, ramen, spaghetti, carbonara, olive garden, make me drool.  Thin noodles, thick noodles, flat noodles. Sauce, butter, garlic, tomato. ALL make me drool!

The great thing about Pasta aka noodles they are versatile with so many different shapes, sizes, textures, grains, gluten free. Plus all the different sauces your able to do- cheese, tomato sauce, plain, olive oil, alfredo.  You get the point, I Love me some noo noo’. How about you you?

I use both traditional wheat noodles that I’ll buy from Costco, they have great prices on organic noodles of all shapes.  I’ll

also buy the Ramen noodles made from brown rice & millet from either Costco or Azure Standard. For some reason I just love the thin noodles the best.  Or we’ll make our own Sourdough Pasta when I feel like getting messy! (you use a lot of flour EVERYWHERE).

If you can find a local drop for Azure Standard you’ll be very happy!! They have all kinds of organic noodles & sauces to choose from if your unable to make your own.  Click HERE to find out if you do.

My favorite sauce is with tomatoes, what’s yours? Post that in the FB Group to let me know.  See below on how I plant tomatoes, maybe you can to!

And honestly… This is one of my favorite times of year. The messy counters. The…

  • Sometimes things be ugly

Laura Lawrence Hi Reader Look not all gardening is pretty and front news worthy. I like to teach both sides of the coin, there’s the good, the bad and the ugly. Today is some ugly, because gardening is not perfection. It’s learning to see the ugly, perhaps try to help it. Some you win, and…

Laura Lawrence Hi Friend! You know those neighbors who show up every summer all excited handing you an oversized baseball bat zucchini full of seeds and you have to smile politely like: “Oh wow… thanks so much…” Meanwhile you’re thinking: “What exactly am I supposed to do with this thing?” 😅 Here’s my unsolicited zucchini opinion:…

  • So… what do you do with all that zucchini?

Laura Lawrence Hi Reader You know those neighbors who show up every summer all excited, handing you an oversized baseball bat zucchini full of seeds? “Oh wow… thanks so much…” Meanwhile, you’re wondering what exactly you’re supposed to do with this thing. Here’s my unsolicited zucchini opinion: pick them younger. Not only do younger zucchini…
