Oven Baked Cheesy Broccoli Rice Skillet from Scratch

Learn how to make from scratch a home cooked delicious meal with wholesome ingredients that’s delicious!

This skillet could be a full meal by itself or you could add chicken, it also makes a great side dish to a Roasted Chicken.

Instead of the typical – let’s add a can of soup that’s full of MSG (monosodium glutamate)- we’ll use broth – NOURISHING BONE BROTH! We’ll also bake the RICE ahead of time in Bone Broth as well – this all adds to the nutrition of the  meal. No one needs to know we are sneaking in all the good stuff when they chow down this Oven Baked Cheesy Broccoli Rice Skillet. I bake this right in a inch cast iron skillet, makes for an easy clean up.

Oh gosh the love of my cast iron pans is intense!
