Easy Spanish Rice
Learn how I make this Spanish Rice recipe the super easy way! It’s really easy, I base this off of my Oven Baked Rice but add in those lovely flavors to create a side dish or to mix in with burritos or tacos. Great way to help extend the meal.

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Rice
- 3 Cups Broth
- 16 ounces Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F
- Combine all ingredients in an oven safe dish (casserole dish + lid)
- Stir and place a lid the dish
- Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour or until rice is done.
Often I do this in the morning when I remember than turn the oven off after the 1 hour and let it sit and use it when I need it for lunch or dinner. It’s a great side dish or add it to your burritos or tacos.
