Crunchy Salsa Chicken Bake

Spice up your next chicken bake with this easy homemade crunchy salsa chicken bake recipe.  Feel free to use extra  ingredients that you have on hand as well.

You know when you buy tortilla chips there’s always the broken one’s in the bottom? Well, this is the perfect recipe to use these up!

Ingredients:

 

9×13 Pyrex Glass Pan 

Directions:

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees F and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan (make your own cooking spray)
  2. Use about half of your broken tortilla chips to create a bottom layer in your baking pan
  3. In a large bowl combine the chicken & taco seasoning – toss to coat
  4. Pour in the salsa, refried beans, sour cream and broth and stir to combine. (and any other ingredients you would like to add)
  5. Add in half the cheese & broth & stir
  6. Pour the chicken combination over the layer of chips
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and place into the preheated oven
  8. Bake for approx. 30 minutes or until hot
