Let’s Get Ready for a Revival!
Creating a Clean Slate in the Kitchen
The first video discusses the important of a “clean slate” especially in your kitchen. I find that it’s really important to be organized and have the space to create, to cook, to bake, etc. If you are constantly pushing stuff aside to make a smidge of room just to get dinner done, what fun is that? When you wake up to a clean kitchen it gives you a sense of freedom, a breath to take, and then you’ll be able to accomplish the tasks ahead.
All those kitchen items and gadgets do you really need them? If your not using them often and your kitchen is cluttered it may be time to move them to another location. I’m not saying to go Marie Kondo or anything- our economy is to fragile to just throw stuff away. I’m suggesting putting stuff away in storage for now.
The second video is a walk through of my Favorite Kitchen Items and how I use them. Some items are just so darn handy and help gain momentum and ease in the kitchen, so watch what one’s do that for me.
Make sure to comment on the facebook Day #2 post and youtube video itself, it helps in so many ways. Post before and after cleaning those counters! It’ll help you gain “points” but also help others see the video in the algorithm of social media. If we all take small steps to change our habits in the kitchen “they” won’t have as much control over our food. That’s why Freedom in Food is so important, and I hope you agree.
