Let’s Get Ready for a Revival!

Creating a Legacy of Food & Health

Welcome to the Kick Off day, so exciting!! Thank you for joining me. Please remember to ask questions, there are no “dumb” questions I promise. Let’s help build each other up. There are TWO NEW Videos below for you to watch.  First being what I feel is important is a great mindset in order to change habits and be open to the change. Change is uncomfortable but sometimes it’s necessary.  The second video is My Kitchen Tour, I don’t know about you but I love watching videos of other people’s kitchens. Am I alone? Please say you get me! After watching both videos please comment on Day #1 Facebook Post as well as the YouTube video’s on Youtube as well.  It really helps the algorithm pick up my videos so other people may learn as well. I really appreicate you being here and taking the time and again ask questions! If you have not already watched my previous Kitchen Revival videos please do so now. Just click on the links to watch them. Also below are the Printables, yay!! I love printing stuff off!!   Make sure you have everything printed off and ready to go. I’ll see you tomorrow for Day #2 where we’ll discuss the importance of an organized kitchen and my favorite kitchen items.  Remember everyday is building on each other and were setting up so we can create that Legacy in Food and taking back Freedom in Food! It starts with steps that are small that will add up to a lifetime of change.

Let’s Do This!!
