Why Sourdough? Hands down the nutritional aspect has me sold right from the get go. In a nutshell it breaks down the phytic acid so our bodies are able to digest the gluten and nutrition properly.  Not the gluten gut! I’ll be sharing several resources down below to get you started OR to help you understand why sourdough is da bomb baby.

How do I do Sourdough?  Honestly, I do it only with everyday items. I’m not a fancy boule or banneton chic I’m a get er done let’s make lots of food so everyone is fed with good food.
