Tomatoes & Cheesy Orzo <- New Recipe Alert!

It’s June!! It’s finally time for the warm weather crops to be put in up here in Northern Michigan. I’ve been diligently watching the weather to make sure to stear clear of the frost and tonight is the last night (err did I just jinx myself) that could be questionable. I’ve started to plant some of my Tomatoes & Peppers today as I have about 200 of the Tomatoes to get in the ground. I’ve got all kinds of Gardening Guides that are free downloads if you click HERE. Including Tomatoes, Onions and Garlic! I just released my “How to Plant Tomatoes” Video, please check it out!

I’ve also got a really quick 1PW (One Pan Wonder) side dish or if you added in a protein it could be a complete meal. I like to make this especially during the summer when I need something quick to go with something we grilled up like pork chops or chicken.  It’s Cheesy Orzo!! You can cook this up in a cast iron pan (Grab my favorite one HERE) Also Azure Standard has both a grain free/gluten free as well as one made out of wheat. Check them out here and see if there’s a drop in your location!

Also all my recipes are meant to be versatile so please feel free to use whatever you have on hand- that’s how we get Freedom in Food- we use what we can, where we can, how we can. You don’t have to follow things exactly, be creative and let loose!!

Go on and be a Food Prood!! Cook whole foods, at home, with minimal ingredients.
