Capers in a Garlic Butter Sauce with Ramen Noodles

Easy Dinner done in 15 minutes!!

Here’s a super quick dinner idea either as a side or the entree, can be served with chicken for a full meal if desired. Gluten Free Ramen Noodles paired with a delicious garlic butter sauce will have you licking your plate clean!

Either you love capers or hate capers and if you’ve never tried them, I highly suggest it! They are one of my favorite. They have a lemony tang with a bold flavor.  My favorite noodles to use are organic millet & brown rice Ramen noodles – I either get from Costco or Azure Standard. You get a delicious sauce with the garlic & butter and then add in those tangy capers, mmmm good!!  Add in chicken and you got yourself a full meal!

Ingredients:

Cast Iron (I love the Lodge brand, my fav size is 12″)

Directions:

1. Cook the noodles according to the package directions
2. Dice the onions and grate up the garlic
3. Melt the butter in a skillet (preferred cast iron) and add in the onions & garlic
4. Sauté until translucent and add in the capers & lemon squeezed or the juice
5. Mix in the cooked chicken if using and noodles and serve immediately

Notes: You may need more or less butter, add more if you need it. You could also add Parmesan or cheddar cheese.
