Easy Homemade Crackers
Learn how to make easy homemade crackers right at home. It’s a small batch, perfect for your chili or soups. The spices are versatile, so feel free to play around!
Ingredients:
- 1 & 1/4 Cup flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 Teaspoon of garlic powder
- 4 Tablespoons cold butter
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1/4 Cup water
Directions:
- Add your dry ingredients to a bowl (flour & spices)
- Unwrap your cold butter, using a knife slice it in half, flip it over slice it in half again
- Using your knife cut off chunks/cubes and place the butter in your flour mixture
- Using a dough/pastry cutter or a large fork cut your butter into the flour until pea sized clumps form
- Add in your honey & water
- Stir with a large spoon or your hands to form a disc
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Lightly flour your parchment paper and directly roll your dough onto it
- Using a pizza cutter (or knife) and cut into desired shapes
- Preheat oven to 400° F and bake for 10 minutes
