Easy Homemade Crackers

Learn how to  make easy homemade crackers right at home. It’s a small  batch, perfect for your chili or soups. The spices are versatile, so feel free to play around!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add your dry ingredients to a bowl (flour & spices)
  2. Unwrap your cold butter, using a knife slice it in half, flip it over slice it in half again
  3. Using your knife cut off chunks/cubes and place the butter in your flour mixture
  4. Using a dough/pastry cutter or a large fork cut your butter into the flour until pea sized clumps form
  5. Add in your honey & water
  6. Stir with a large spoon or your hands to form a disc
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  8. Lightly flour your parchment paper and directly roll your dough onto it
  9. Using a pizza cutter (or knife) and cut into desired shapes
  10. Preheat oven to 400° F and bake for 10 minutes
