Cheesy Orzo is a great side dish but it could also be dinner or lunch if you add in a protein like chicken or even ham. How yummy!! It’s pretty simple to make with only a few ingredients. I like to call this a 1PW – ONE PAN WONDER!!  Plus Orzo can be made with anytime of noodles so if your Gluten Free purchase those one’s  made out of corn. You can grab Orzo from Azure Standard click HERE. They also have a grain free & gluten free version, click HERE.

My land where we have lots of maple trees also has an amazing amount of ramps which I utilized for this recipe, but using garlic, onions or chives work wonderfully as well!

All my recipes are meant to be versatile so please feel free to use whatever you have on hand- that’s how we get Freedom in Food- we use what we can, where we can, how we can. You don’t have to follow things exactly, be creative and let loose!!
