Broccoli – Bacon – Squash Mac ‘n’ Cheese
The butternut squash enhances the flavor and color of the mac ‘n’ cheese. We’ll also sneak in some broccoli for another serving of vegetables. You can use any type of noodle you prefer. Having the noodles, squash, bacon and broccoli all pre cooked makes this a very simple dinner to whip up at any time. You could also add in a protein like cooked chicken for a complete meal!
