Let’s talk about the Dough Baby!
I love storing my bread in a Breadbox, it helps reduce plastic out there plus it’s easy to wash. My friend Nicole gave me one about a year ago and I use that thing daily. Sometimes I bake to much then I’ll end up using a 2.5 gallon ziploc bag. Go big or go home right?
Also I love using my very old Kitchen Aid stand mixer, it just does a wonderful job on all the things. You could also knead the bread by hand and work those muscles though!
Here is the bread machine that I use and love. It comes with great recipes! The butter roll recipe I use for garlic bread, rolls, hamburger buns, sliders, you name it! It is an investment so shop around.
Here are some delicious recipes either from my site or some of my favorites. Need a Gluten Free Mix? Try Mine, I’ve used it in replace for lots of recipes and enjoy it.
Start printing and baking today my friend, you’ll be glad you did.

Take It Up A Notch:
Learn to Grind and Mill your Own Flours
I buy Hard White Wheat Organic Berries from Azure Standard– best price around especially in bulk. I tend to mix this about half and half from organic all purpose flour from Costco as the wheat can be a bit dense for me and the family. I’m also experimenting with Einkorn berries which I’m excited about. They are an ancient grain and lower in gluten. The mill that I use is a Mockmill 100 and it works great.
