We need to take back control of those companies that only care about their bottom line, we need to stand up & say stop putting this crap in our food! It’s harming us! We do not need or nor want it.  It’s time to get rid of the junk so you can feel better. Take that stand right now by learning how I started and what items should be removed from your kitchen’s right now. 

In this article I show you how I started exactly and if you do it one step at a time it can be accomplished. Because I’m proof it can be done. I’m nothing special, I just started – I just did it. You can to.
