Cheesy Chicken Taquito Easy Recipe
These super easy delicious wrapped up goodness of a dinner or lunch is superb!
Chicken Taquitos can be your family’s next favorite meal! Learn how to create these creamy chicken taquito recipe by simply combining cooked chicken, some add in’s and bake them in a tortilla wrap.
The wraps that I love using are organic flour wraps in the frozen section at Costco. They also freeze well so you could bake a bunch, freeze and bake for a future use.

Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Cream Cheese
- 4 Cups Cooked and Shredded Chicken <– Learn how to cook a whole chicken here in the crockpot
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese <– Make your own!
- ½ Cup Chopped Onions
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- 1 Can Refried Beans <— Make Your Own!
Optional: 1 Can or Rotel or Salsa
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine the above ingredients, besides the tortilla wraps.
2. Spoon a large spoonful onto each of your tortillas and roll tightly.
3. Take tortillas and place them seam side down onto a baking sheet, repeat until done.
4. Preheat oven to 425 ° F, bake 15-20 minutes until crisp and golden.
Optional: You can layer tortilla chips and place the mix on top, add another layer of chips and cheese and bake.
