Why was this even in my cupboards?ย Check out what I found and how I plan to get rid ofย it.
So I found some old things and some things I prefer not to have in my cupboard but sometimes they slip in when I’m feeling weak.ย It happens.
I live by an 80/20 rule. 80% food 80% of the time 20% not so good 20% of the time
I can’t control everything but I can control what I do when I find this stuff. Some I just got rid of and some I will use up and either never buy again or find healthy organic replacements.

I kind of figure this is the same thing when your starting anything new.
This Revival will be a jumping off point for some of you as well. Iโm hoping to offer encouragement and guidance as we talk about our food choices, kitchen habits and making food a priority again.
It may be easier for some than others, it may be hard to look in the mirror (or that shiny fridge) and face that maybe there are some changes that need to be done not only for the better of your own health but your family and those around you.
Your choice makes an impact bigger than you see. Thereโs a ripple effect that lastโs forever. https://www.facebook.com/groups/kitchenrevival/ This month will be all about FOOD and our choices we make with food. We all will be making some uncomfortable changes, but these changes are for the better.
Weโll be changing the way we look and feel about our KITCHENโS, to make that area a priority. Iโve said it before and Iโll say it again โFOOD is our FUEL โ so FUEL it the BESTโ โ bottom line.
Food is Our Fuel, Fuel it the Best Weโre accidental homesteaders โ we didnโt choose it, it feels as if it chose us. I use the word accidental because itโs not like you start out growing 80% of your own food, itโs a vortex. You start by getting a few chickens, growing a few plants and a bunch of mistakes. You learn from those mistakes, you grow from those mistakes you take those mistakes and make them successes. Big successes.
