Well lookey here its’ the middle of January already, can you believe it? Nope not I. I’ve been elbow deep in sourdough with my fellow bread people. The snow & cold has been pretty much relentless here in Northern Michigan which I’m ok with, winter is a time for rest. Well rest in the form of homeschooling, baking, projects and being online with you guys!
