Homemade Tator Tots
Make Ahead-Freeze-Bake- Eat Yummy Homemade Tator Tots for the Win! They are easy to make and freezes well- makes for a quick side dish for dinner or lunch. Who loves mashed potatoes? Turn them into Tator Tots! We tried these in the air fryer, the oven and cast iron skillet with lard. Honestly I'm not sure what the favorite was- we loved them all! * Denotes a Homesteading Items
Ingredients 5 Potatoes peeled and quartered* * Denotes a Homesteading Items
Directions: Easy to Freeze Option: Bake as above, cool down, place on a cooking/baking sheet in a single layer. Flash freeze, pop off and place into a freezer bag or container. Remove from bag frozen, place on a baking sheet in a preheated 400 degree oven and bake 15 minutes!
