Homemade French Fries  

   

    Delicious French Fries
This can be a great lunch or dinner for kids and adults!
Psst they are healthy!!

 

Do you love Chicken Nuggets? How about Fries? Well this family certainly does especially when I make this recipe! This meal is really delicious, you won't want to buy from the store again! (or please not from a fast food place) Plus it's healthy, but "they" dont' have to know that! They'll just know it's delicious and will eat 'em up! Try this recipe I dare ya! Make these along with Homemade Chicken Nuggets and add a veggie for a complete meal!


Ingredients:
4-5 large Potatoes*
2-3 Tbsp Olive oil
1st Option:
2 Tbsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Garlic salt (or 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp garlic powder)
2nd Option:
1 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp Ranch Powder

*denotes a Homesteading Item

 

Directions:

-Cut potatoes into fries by cutting into thin slices, laying flat each slide and cutting into fries

- Pour the olive oil and toss to coat

- Sprinkle the spices you choose and toss to coat

-Place onto a baking sheet and into a preheated 425 ° Oven for 20 minutes, then flip over

(note: if they do not easily flip they are not ready to flip) bake for approx. 10minutes (or more depending on how crisp you want them)
