Launch of my Sourdough Series!

I'm really excited to launch my Sourdough Series where I break it down simply, with step by steps, videos & worksheets on how to not only create your Starter but incorporate that bad boy into you every day life. I have found many health benefits using sourdough for my breads, doughs, rolls, pizzas, muffins, oh gosh just about everything and I know that you can to! Also I uploaded my super easy, delicious 15 Minute Tomato Soup Recipe. Wink wink it goes great with sourdough sandwich bread turned into grilled cheese :)

Cheers to a new year, but not with resolutions- but with goals to learn!! What is it your looking forward to learning this winter? It tends to slow down for me so I get my learning in now. I've already been able to accomplish making Cheddar Cheese! Another one to focus on is growing mushrooms and closing the loops on feeding my chickens.
