Broccoli Quiche- Crustless
This Crustless Broccoli Quiche is delicious and easy to make! The cheese and egg make for a creamy and moist (err I’m not a fan of that word btw) center. You can use either fresh or frozen broccoli. Bonus- Make ahead or freeze and bring out for a quick breakfast or brunch! Making it “Crustless” makes this quick to make plus a Gluten Free option! I made this directly in my 10” Cast Iron Skillet- which makes it a one pan wonder! 1PW as I’m going to call it. You could do this or use any skillet and then transfer to a greased pieplate. * Denotes a Homesteading Items
